Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 9015 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11
I have two HP 9015 printers setup for HP Smart Print. One of the works and the other one doesn't. When I check the Web Services at the the printers URLs, the working printer looks different from the non-working printer. I have attached screen captures of the Web Services for the two printers. The screen captures are as follows:
Kathy- 2 is the working Web Services with working HP Smart Print.
Don-2 is the Web Services of the printer that does not work with HP Smart Print.
Please note that both printers are connected to the internet and I can print documents from my laptop to both of them without problems.Kathy-2
Don-2
Any and all help will be greatly appreciated.
