Finding problem in giving prints using mobile phone through HP Smart. 

1) App continuously showing green light on login button with error message as "Your HP account session has expired. Please sign in again. 

2) On pressing OK button, nothing is happening and it goes into endless processing. 

3) Everytime before giving print through phone, I have to Add the printer in the app. 

4) Even after doing lot of hit and trial with virtual assistance instructions, entire process leads nowhere. You can refer attached screenshot which I am getting repeatedly with same message.
