I used to be able to print from anywhere to my OfficeJet Pro 8022 using HP Smart on my Android Mobile but now the printer cannot be found.
It works fine from Wi-Fi but not when I am away from my office.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled HP Smart on my Android Phone. It uses Android V 13.
HELP Please

Although my printer is the one shown in the video there is no Print Anywhere option that I can find in HP Smart. Or perhaps its HP NOT SO SMART!!!
This printer used to work from anywhere so WHY is it not working now?????????????
It was bought as it could print from anywhere.
It appears as if an update to HP Smart has broken Print from Anywhere.

Thank you for your response, I really appreciate your efforts. Please follow the below steps.
Check network and Web Services requirements if the printer connection is lost when using Print Anywhere.
NOTE: Printer discovery and status updates can take up to 45 seconds. If you are on a cellular or different wireless network, wait several seconds and try again. Swipe down on the HP Smart home screen to force a refresh.
Make sure the computer or mobile device is connected to a local or cellular network with internet access.
Connect the printer to a wireless network with internet access and make sure Web Services is enabled.
You signed into the HP Smart app with the same credentials used to claim the printer on the HP Smart website.
Android: Enable location permissions for the HP Smart app, and make sure the printer was added to the HP Smart app while using the same wireless network as your mobile device.

This is still not working.
I have disabled and re-enabled Web Services on the printer from a web browser via the IP Address.
There is a defunct HP OfficeJet 6700 printer also listed in HP Smart online but I can't remove it. When I try to remove it it tries to remove the valid OfficeJet Pro 8022
I was also unable to update my account settings on Android. I can do it from a PC Online though.
If I try to add the printer with the Printer Code it shows the printer that is already there.
