New phone. When asking HP ePrint to preview a doccument, it tells me I need to activate the phone on my account. I get all the way to the "send activation code" screen, give it my Email address, and then... Nothing.

Have tried different email addresses, power cycling the printer, everything... or should I say nothing!

Please try the HP Smart app instead, as the HP ePrint app has retired earlier this year:
