I cannot "send" an email (i.e., print job) to my printer on HP ePrint USING WINDOWS 10 MAIL.  Meaning, the "e-mail" gets sent...goes to the server I imagine (shows up as "sent") .... and from there, does NOT go to my printer...yes, I have checked...and re-checked.... the e-mail address for my printer is fine, and yes, it is "web-enabled" as it DOES work with other e-mail applications....because....

I CAN ... however, "send" an emial (i.e., print job) to my printer via Google Mail, or Yahoo Mail...prints up fine only seconds later as if I was tethered with a usb cable.

This is not an issue as the only place I use Windows 10 Mail in on my laptop ... at home ... and I have a thousand other options to print (Wi Fi direct, USB cable, etc.), but it is kind of bizzare.

Welcome to HP Community

Ensure you have the latest Windows mail App installed

  • On the taskbar, select the Microsoft Store  icon.
  • If you don't see the Microsoft Store  icon on the taskbar, it might have been unpinned. To pin it, select the Start  button, type Microsoft Store, select Microsoft Store , then choose More  > Pin to taskbar .
  • Select More  > Downloads and updates, and choose the Get updates button.

Also ensure your Windows 10 is up to date

Next Remove your existing Account in Windows Mail and reconfigure your Email. Please follow the instructions in this Link: https://support.office.com/en-us/article/set-up-email-in-the-mail-app-for-windows-10-7ff79e8b-439b-4...

Keep me posted how it goes 😊
