From your description, I am guessing (perhaps incorrectly) that the shipping label is viewable on your phone's screen -- that is, the shipping label is perhaps at a website or in a file you can open the see.

Perhaps Try / Consider

View the label on the screen -- make sure enough of the label is within the view area so you can capture all the content.

Take a screen shot of the content on the screen -- Either before closing or after you open the little image / photo file, edit the content so you have a picture of what you want to print -- Save any edits.

Use your printing application -- for example, AirPrint or HP App -- Open and Print the image of the label.

Remember that HP App tends to "follow" the paper size --

That means if you print the content on a "Letter size" sheet of paper, the content will "fit" itself to the size of the paper.

-- What if? --

If the content would be much too large using this method, consider placing the image file inside a document -- for example, use Pages to create a document and insert the image of the label in the document -- size the image how you want it to look on the printed sheet.
