today a message is showed  on the mobile app  "before starting update OS" 

I belive OS is operative system ?  in that case the smartphone is already update with the most recent android version

I  have already uninstall  and reinstall the app but does not work

Anybody helping ?

I'm sorry to hear that HP Smart is not working on your Android device. Here are a few troubleshooting steps you can try.

 

  • Check if your Android device is compatible with HP Smart. You can find a list of compatible devices on the Google Play Store page for HP Smart.
  • Check if you have the latest version of HP Smart installed on your Android device. If not, update the app to the latest version from the Google Play Store.
  • Check if your Android device has the latest software updates installed. If not, update your device's software to the latest version.
  • Clear the cache and data of the HP Smart app. Go to Settings > Apps > HP Smart > Storage > Clear cache and Clear data.
  • Uninstall and reinstall the HP Smart app. Go to Settings > Apps > HP Smart > Uninstall. Then, download and install the app again from the Google Play Store.
