Hello, this software makes no sense at all, 'cause it suddenly stopped working without any changes made about it.

Everytime I try to print from softwares (microsoft word, paint, wordpad...) it returns me errors about it can't generate the print process.

eprint.exe doesn't run at all, so I can't pick the printer from the connected print list 'cause the program itself doesn't open (this excludes all the internet and print connection side possible issues)...

I tried manually opening it from the install folder, but nothing happens, I also tried several times fully uninstalling and reinstalling it.

So please give me a proper way to find the issue and fix it
