@PA-WOODCHUCK, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding Changing the HP E-Print Email Address!

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.

Yes, it is possible to change the HP E-Print email address associated with your HP LaserJet 200 ColorMFP M276nw. Here is how you can do it:

Access HP Connected Account:

  • Go to the HP Connected website (http://www.hpconnected.com) and log in with your HP Connected account credentials. If you do not have an account, you will need to create one.

Select Your Printer:

  • Once logged in, find and select your printer on the HP Connected dashboard.

Manage Email Settings:

  • Navigate to the settings where you can manage the email address for HP E-Print. This option should be available under the "Services" or "Settings" tab.

Change E-Print Address:

  • Look for the option to change your email address. You might need to click on "Edit" or "Change" next to your current HP E-Print email address.
  • Enter your desired email address and save the changes. Ensure it is a unique email ID that is easier for others to use.

Save Changes:

  • Confirm all changes and ensure the new email address is updated and displayed correctly.

Hope this helps!

Take care, and have an amazing day!

My printer is shown at hp.com account but when I log-in hpconnected.com no printer is shown. This is displayed "There are no printers added to your account yet." and suggestion to do reset from printer menu. I do have the HP on iphone and it lists correct printer.

is this correct?

@PA-WOODCHUCK, thanks for circling back!

Ah, that message on HPConnected — “There are no printers added to your account yet” — usually means your printer hasn't been fully linked to the HP Connected (or now HP Smart) account, even if it appears on other apps like your iPhone.

Here’s a quick fix to get things synced:

Reset Web Services on the Printer:

On the printer's control panel, go to Web Services settings.

Turn Web Services Off, wait a few seconds, then turn it back On.

A new claim code or email address will print out — this re-registers your printer.

Add Printer to HP Smart/Connected:

Go to www.hpconnected.com (or HP Smart, if redirected).

Sign in, and click Add Printer.

Enter the claim code you just got or follow the on-screen steps.

Once added, you’ll be able to change the ePrint email to something clean and easy to remember 🌟.

Hope this helps!
