I own an Envy 6020e. When I scroll down my HP app, it says that print anywhere and private pickup are disabled. The settings are also greyed out and there is no option to enable it. I tried to click on Security Settings but it wouldn’t allow me to enter as well.
I also tried to uninstall app, reset wifi router and reconnect the printer but it doesn’t work. I need to print via mobile as I’m accessing apps that require me to print from there.
I am on HP insta ink plan if that is relevant.

@min_89, Welcome to HP Support Community,

Thank you for posting your query; I’m here to help by guiding you through steps to resolve this issue

It looks like you're having trouble enabling features like Print Anywhere and Private Pickup on your HP Envy 6020e via the HP app. Here are a few steps you can follow to try to resolve the issue:

Log In to Your HP Account

The Print Anywhere feature may require you to be logged into your HP account, which should be linked to your HP Instant Ink plan. Ensure that you're signed in correctly in the app.

Reconfigure HP Smart App Settings

Open the HP app and go to the Printers section.

Tap on the printer that’s showing as “disabled” for certain features and check its current configuration.

You might need to add your printer back to the app or verify the setup.

Also, verify if your printer is cloud-enabled by checking the Embedded Web Server (EWS). Just access the printer’s EWS and ensure that cloud or similar services are enabled. If not, enable them from there.

I hope this helps.

Please feel free to reply here if you have any questions or if you need further clarification on any of the steps.

Take care and have a good day.

Thanks for the help. It still doesn't allow me the enable the feature. I guess my printer doesn't support print anywhere after trying all troubleshooting options.
