How to remove question mark

Printer suddenly stopped printing from mobile phone app, showing question mark symbol..no laptop to connect to, can this be fixed ?

How can I remove this? Been through the help menu but nothing showing? How do i know where help is needed?

Touch on the question mark icon, it will display the message.

 

Also, try these steps -

 

1) Take out the cartridges. 
2) Unplug the power cord from the printer & wall. 
3) Wait for 30 seconds.  
4) Plug the power cord back into the printer and wall, ensure the printer is plugged into the wall & not to a surge protector. 
5) Insert the cartridges back into the printer.

Did not work.cannot print. Question mark stays on

May I have the exact model name of the printer? Refer to this document for steps to find the product details. Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.

Tried all of the above,  no message displayed when icon pressed only a menu ... question mark symbol still showing...its an envy 4527
