I cannot connect to wireless. It says "The feature has been locked by your administrator or the person who set up the printer." I was the one who set it up. How can I unlock the settings?

In its simplest form, this may mean that instead of resetting the Wireless using the printer control panel, you must use the Embedded Web Server (EWS) to manage the printer for this setup.

Of course, if the printer is not connected to your network at all (printer wireless light blinking or off), you cannot use EWS to configure the printer.   EWS does require that you have the printer on the network even if you do want to change some of the settings.

For example,

No Connection after Router or Wi-Fi Settings Change

If the printer is on the network, it is at least possible to try using EWS to manage / update the wireless setup.

Open your favorite browser > type / enter Printer IP address into URL / Address bar

tab Network > Wireless (802.11)
