Operating System: Android 8.0 - 8.1 Oreo

Hello I have a big problem, i am unable to scan through wifi printer from tablet, i can print . I have and a Iphone 7 and is not a problem, i can scand and print. I have hp smart app and Hp print service plugin. Pleasse help me to fix the problem.

Hi, the printer is HP LaserJet Pro MFP M125nw and the version of android 8.1 Oreo

Thanks for clarifying.

 

The HP Laserjet Pro M125nw is supported by HP ePrint only, a such only allows printing from HP Smart and scanning is not supported from a mobile device, therefore it does not work:

Through ios i can scan with the same printer with the same app .
