How can I access the remote printing. I send items to be printed to the printer email address that I set up ie" theuser name I selected"@hpwprint.com, and nothing prints.

Do you send it to the user @hpeprint.com?

 

Make sure you spell the address correctly, and not misspell it as in your post by any chance.

 

By the username you selected, do you refer to the custom ePrint address?

Please swipe down the top gray bar on the printer front panel and press the HP ePrint c06124611icon, make sure you use the exact address as listed on the printer screen.
