I cannot connect my mobile to my printer after obtaining a new router. I have a deskjet 3755. I have tried doing it through the hp smart app with bluetooth and wifi connected. It will print from my computer, but not my mobile device. The app just keeps searching for the printer after I hold down the wifi and cancel button, but the printer never shows up on the hp smart app.
