I am enrolled in the HP Instant Ink program, still current with the service.  I have been printing up until 2 weeks ago when I got error message " Incompatible Cartridge" " The indicated cartidges are not inteded for use in this printer"  .  I have removed the cartridges and replaced, I can print 1 copy and get the same message.  Does anyone know why am I getting this message or how to fix?

I have resolved the problem.  I tried to clean the contacts but still had to buy new ink.
