I’ve cancelled my instant ink plan today and want to use the normal ink cartridge immediately. But my plan doesn’t end for another week. Do I have to wait until then to use my new ink or will I be okay to go ahead now.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to assist you.
I see that you are looking for information related to using regular ink cartridges on your Printer.
You can continue using the regular purchased ink cartridge right away and dont have to wait for the billing cycle to end.
However, you will have to replace all the instant ink cartridges with regular genuine HP cartridges to resume printing.
