I just started with the instant ink program a couple of weeks ago and I've been without a printer for a long time. So I have some catching up to do. I've been using some ink, but so far I've only printed 51 pages. I've already used up 2 color cartridges and there isn't a third on the way. I've been out for 2 days. They're supposed to be ahead of me not behind. Has anyone else had this problem and how long does it take to straighten it out?

You can use the link beow to check if you have any shipments pending.
Please use the link below to contact instant ink support and request new cartridges if you do not have a shipment pending.
Use the country flag option to select your country support. (make sure you are logged out of your account to see support contacts)
