Hello, I’m setting up my brand new envy 5020, it’s saying on the screen ‘waiting for web services’ and on the app it’s saying ‘no printer found’
Coukd anyone help me to fix this please x

A warm welcome to HP Community!
We might be able to resolve the issue by performing a simple power cycle. Here is how to do it:
1.) Unplug your modem/router and leave it powered off.
2.) Make sure this printer is plugged into a direct wall, not a surge protector
3) Remove all of your ink cartridges from the printer and close the door
4) Remove the power cord from the back of the printer (Do no press the power button)
5) Plug the power cord back into the printer
6) Wait for the printer to turn on completely, then install the ink cartridges.
7) Reconnect your modem/router and wait for it to re-establish its internet connection.
