I have a 2-year old OfficeJet 250 Mobile All-in-One printer that I cannot connect to my Verizon Jetpack. Jetpack connects to other devices without an issue, but the printer cannot "see it" as an available network. Also, printer connects to my personal network without a problem. Have been working on this for the past seven days without success. Help!

Hi @GradSchool
Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to assist you with the "cannot connect to Verizon jetpack" issue.
If your printer cannot see the WiFi network from the Jetpack then perhaps the Jetpack is too far away or broadcasting on the wrong WiFi band for your printer. WiFi comes as either 2.4 GHz or 5.0 GHz, unless a wireless device has a radio to see both it will only see one or the other.
The printer you own only supports 2.4 GHz.
You can check the printer specifications here-Product Specifications for the HP OfficeJet 250 Mobile All-in-One Printer
If the supports both 2.4 and 5GHz network in the specifications page under connectivity it would state dual-band
You can also refer to this document to reconnect the printer.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
