M225DN eprint preferences

Hello

just installed eprint service, and it is working pretty fine. Send email to printer, and the print is ok.

Just a question: is there a way to change print preferences? for example, I would like every print by email would be done both sides, which is supported by the hardware.

Found an official hp help document, which states to "login in hp connected web site and search the printer. After found the printer, change the preferences". I am on it, I have one printer only, but really can't find how to change its preferences. I only have the options to remove the printer, or add a new one.....

It's a pleasure assisting you in finding answers to your technical queries.

By default, ePrint uses the following print settings.

• Print quality: Normal

• Print color: Full color

• Paper size for emails: Letter or A4

• Paper size for image attachments: 101.6 x 152.4 mm (4 x 6 in)

• Number of prints: 1

• Paper orientation: Identical to the original document

• 1-sided printing

For eligible printers, additional preferences are available when you add your printer to HP Connected. Go to Setting Up an HP Connected Account for steps to set up the account. Once added, click My Printers to change the settings.

• Print in color or monochrome

• Select plain or photo paper

• Enable 2-sided (duplex) printing

the problem is I don't have any possibility to change preferences.

I also found this video

but my "homepage" after loggin in doesn't offer to change setting. the page is redirected to .it domain (I am from Italy) and it is totally different from the one I can see in the video, the USA one I suppose.....

as you cas see , I can change default email address only.....stop, no other options.
