M277dw Wireless no longer seeing any access points

Hi,

I have a M277dw and I've normally been able to use it wirelessly, connected to my AP.  But now, in the configuration (both on the touch panel and in the browser-based config), I cannot even see the APs broadcasting.

Please help!

Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to assist you with the connectivity issue. 

To better assist you - 

1) Are there any other devices connected to the same network? 

2) What's the distance between the router and the printer? 

3) Could you check for WiFi interference? 

Also, reboot you devices and check if that works - 

1) Turn off the Router, Printer, and the computer/ mobile devices. 
2) Wait for 60 seconds. 
3) Turn on the Router first and wait for all the lights to stabilize. 
4) Turn on the printer and allow it to configure itself. 
5) Turn on the computer/ mobile devices.
