Having a similar issue as this user:

Although it prints *most* of my emails/attachments, but I am only notified 24 hours later that mimecast has blocked  - then i receive a printed page saying "click here to release messages." I cant click on a printout and I need these prints on a deadline. Is there any way to permanently bypass the Spam filter?
