I am positive since there are multiple people raising this issue that the user is referring to this printed letter when trying to do cloud printing. It should be noted that the email address I used to send a form to be printed was from the same email address as my hp account and I pay for a certain number of printed pages so I certainly hope that this waste of paper and ink for this HP and it's affiliate's  error is not counted in my charges.

My printer is not automatically printing scans it is being sent

it is only auto printing the MIMECAST page showing what emails are being held

I can print directly from wifi and the HP smart computer app, but cannot print from the email address assigned to my printer as mimecast has blocked my email address as spam.

The product # is 1KR42A - it is an office jet pro 9015

Thank you for posting back.

Are you able to print other emails?
Is your mail service through Mimecast?

The first email should be released in order to unblock the email.

For more info on how to use the ePrint feature, refer to - Print with HP ePrint

This issue you are facing is not related to the printer. Kindly contact your email service provider. If you are using Outlook, contact Microsoft for assistance.

Mimecast is not related to HP.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.

I don’t think you understand

the printer is not automatically printing from a scan from another printer

I can print email from my computer

the printout I am getting is from the printer itself, so there is no way to release the email

i do not use mimecast

my boss scans from another ho printer to my printers email and until now the scan has been automatically printing to my printer
