HP LaserJet P2035
Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Hi, so my boss has a LaserJet P2035 connected to his computer via USB, and his computer is connected to the company network via ethernet.  But for some reason, he cannot print anything from an iPhone or other smartphone/wireless device to the P2035 printer.  It doesn't show up as being available from our wireless devices.

I know that I should be able to print to the LaserJet P2035.  I have checked the printer sharing settings on his computer, and it is all correct.  However, while four other printers on the network show up in windows explorer, under "Network", the P2035 printer only shows up as a sub-directory of the computer to which it is attached.  What should I do?

(Added Edit) ->  So, just a further little bit of info.  Our company is stradling the generational divide, and in the past year we have begun to "modernize" by having our foremen in the field text message pics of their material orders in to the warehouse.  All I am looking to do is to have those embedded pics printed from the LaserJet P2035.  How do I achieve this?  Without forwarding the text pics through an email to the computer to be printed.

Hi,

Sharing a printer from a Windows PC allow printing from other computers on the same network, a such do not allow printing from a mobile device.

I afraid the P2035 printer do not supprt any mobile print solution, printing from a mobile device can only be done to supported printers as listed by below list:

You may check the PrinterShare 3rd party app which should allow sharing a USB connected from a computer to mobile device and see if that may work for you:
