The Proxy Settings has not been configured and thus do not have an address or a port. Is that the problem? Everything else seems to pass the eye test. I do not have any internet connection at all by the way.

It looks like the same problem I've been having since yesterday.  After talking through with customer support they suggested that 'the server' (do they only have one?!) is unavailable at the moment so any remote services that your printer uses are compromised until this is fixed.  For me, the symptoms were first noticed when I tried to scan to email but I see that print from email isn't working either 😞
