I think I have Instant Ink cartridges installed but the online dashboard is reporting "Non Instant Ink Cartridge Installed" on the TriColor.
The printer is reporting low ink and I gather that it I will not receive a replacement unless an Instant Ink cartridge is installed.
I have searched everywhere and don't have another cartridge. Is there a way to beg/borrow/steal a new Instant Ink TriColor cartridge so I can keep printing?
Thanks.

I now realise that I received the "Non Instant Ink Cartridge Installed" error message (and could not print red due to magenta not working) because I had the temerity to use a genuine HP tri-colour cartridge we had purchased from an approved HP retailer.
We were working away from base and couldn't access a waiting tri-colour cartridge supplied by HP for our Officejet 5752. So we spent £30 on a pack of tri-colour + black cartridges and fitted the tri-colour. We desperately needed to highlight items in red but magenta didn't work so we were forced to send someone on a 400 mile round trip to pick up the tri-colour back at the office.
We are not HP's biggest customer but we don't appreciate this 'Big Brother' approach. We have wasted £30 on cartridges sold as 5742 printer cartridges and a further £70 on fuel alone. No-one told us we could only use cartridges which arrive through the post from HP. It is ridiculous that HP prevent us from using authentic HP cartridges. Furious and Out of Pocket!!!
