Product: Officejet Pro 8715
Operating System: macOS 10.12 Sierra

My printer quit printing- the wireless connection is fine and it's receiving the print job but when I send any document to print it just shows that it's loading endlessly. I tried to run a test page and it would not print. Any advice would be appreciated. thank you

Try a power on reset.

With the printer on, remove the power cord from the back, wait 1 min, then put the cord back in.

Just tried it. It didn't work- the printing job just stops at 31% each time and says still loading. 😔
