Seems like HP is disabling a ton of their features all the while prices for their services are increasing and over the last year I've seen too many complaints to count about issues with printers not functioning properly web services not working scan features just decide to disappear and then sometimes reappear only to fail to scan every time, navigating 13 webpages all hp related just to check a few settings and try to get printer to function properly and then a bunch of those websites aren't in English, firmware has serious problems but no updates have been available for too long. The only issue they have a fix for is listed right on one of the 13 hp websites an ink cartridge error fixed by opening door and restart device. On the site where you select the operating system being used with your printer device has never gotten it right. I click on chrome os when that option is available in drop down menu which is only some of the times I'm in one of the error filled webpages. Otherwise I select Android version 14. Even though it's version 15 in the software updates or whatever operating system updates I mean... But as soon as I leave the page if I happen to get something to print if I go to profile on a different webpage for HP to check open sessions and security and sign in options. It says using Android version 10. The only way to get proper instructions for using hp ever since they became impossible to have full access to all features as everyone seems to be having ongoing issues with at least one of the print features never working for them . The ho cloud service tile and function are only available (not ever been able to use it without error but the tile is their and it says it's available) half the time I sign into app. Half the time their is no scan to cloud option on printer or in the app. But ews site says cloud service is enabled! I am never buying a hp product again as it's been over a year and haven't had printer services that were the only reason for using hp
