I have been trying for over three days to get printing undertaken. It repeatly states there is a failure to need to connect to web services. when I do try again later. The virtual support system does not appear to have a solution. Visited the site and logged into account instigated refresh process and again the same problem. This is proving to be extremely frustrating.

@KEITHOLD, Welcome to the HP Support Community!
Restart the wireless router, the printer, and the MAC
Make sure the printer is connected to the Internet.
Update the printer firmware
Go to Setup > Tools > Update the printer > Check now.
Restart web services.
Refer to this document to know how to turn it off. Follow the steps here to turn it back on.
If the issue persists, kindly perform the steps mentioned in HP Printers - 'Unsuccessful Network Installation' error (Windows) document.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
