Hi @Felix1985,

Thanks for reaching out to the HP Support Forums for a solution to your printing issue.

I understand that are having an issue printing a photo with your HP ENVY 5530 e-All-in-One Printer from your Apple mobile device because it says "Photo Corrupt and cannot be printed" and then ejects a blank page. I would like to help with that.

If it prints all other photo's without an issue, there may be an issue with the photo. Is this a photograph that you took using the device, or is it a picture from the internet?

I would start by restarting the device and then try to print the photo again.

I am not sure if you are using the Apple AirPrint driver to print or if you are using the HP ePrint App to print.

If you are using the AirPrint driver, try downloading the HP ePrint App. Here is a support document that can help with that if needed - Using the HP ePrint App.

If you are using the HP ePrint App, try using the Apple AirPrint driver. Here is a support document that can help with that if you are unsure how - Printing from Apple iPad, iPhone, iPod touch.

If you are still getting the corrupt photo message the photo may very well be corrupt.

Please let me know if this resolves the issue, or if you require further assistance.
