Hi @tfulton,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

I understand you're experiencing an issue with connecting the iPhone to your printer with a USB cable.

I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused, I'm here to help you today.

To connect your iPhone to the HP OfficeJet 250 without Wi-Fi, you'll need a Lightning to USB Camera Adapter. This adapter allows you to connect your iPhone directly to the USB port of your printer.

Here’s how you can do it:

  1. Get the Lightning to USB Camera Adapter: Make sure it’s compatible with your iPhone model.
  2. Connect the Adapter: Plug the adapter into your iPhone's Lightning port.
  3. Connect the USB Cable: Connect the USB A Male end of your cable to the adapter and the USB B Male end to the printer.
  4. Print from Your iPhone: Use an app that supports printing, like Apple’s Notes or any third-party printing app, to print your documents.

Keep in mind that some printers may have limitations on printing directly via USB from mobile devices.

Please mark this post as “Accepted Solution” if the issue is resolved and if you feel this reply was helpful click “Yes”.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day
