What is your Operating System / version??
What software are you trying to use to print images / photos ?
Be aware:
Printing from mobile devices may not give you the full range of options (or any, for that matter).
Printing from Windows or Mac with the Full Feature software installed for your printer provides the most features, options, and methods.
For example, if you are using a recent version of Windows, use Paint (mspaint) and print the image at Scale 100%.
