Product: Deskjet Plus 4155
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am beyond frustrated with this printer, it has been giving me nothing but issues since I bought it new. I want to throw it in the bin and set it on fire. Whyyyy does it keep going offline and preventing me from printing! I run a small business, this isn't good enough.
