My printer code continues to be invalid every time I print it out. I'm able to print out a Printer Info sheet and each time a new Printer code is generated. Each time I try the code, I see an error message that the printer code is invalid. Does anyone have any suggestions for how I can get my printer code to work?

Hi Praveen,

Thanks for sending that link, but unfortunately it was unable to fix my issue. I've tried removing Web Services, and then adding it back, but I am still getting an "invalid claim code" every time I enter one. I'd greatly appreciate if you have any other suggestions for how to fix this issue. Thanks again for your help.

Best,

Robert

I understand your concerns.

The only option left is to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.

The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.

I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.

In order to access your private messages, click the private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Forums profile, next to your profile Name or simply click on this link

Hope this helps!
