Product: HP Ink Tank 319
Operating System: Android 8.0 Oreo and older
I bought a new HP Ink Tank 319 printer yesterday. Tried submitting the form for Installation request on the hpshopping.in/installation website.
 
However its giving an error "Cannot save the ticket".
 
When I called customer service, they asked me to email hpgtseries.installation@wipro.com for the Case number. There has been no reply after emailing this ID.
