Product: HP Envy 5660

HP 5660 printers reliably go off line, do not print when online. Or - they print fine.  You just never know with HP. Its like a roulette wheel. Yesterday, I printed several documents with no problem.  I don't want to waste any more time reinstalling  print drivers.   I've been buying HP printers for 30 years... with improvements in OSs, I would like to see improvements with HP printer code.

 

The expectation that users will just have to reinstall everything is ridiculous. That is so last century. 

 

Why cant HP get their printers to work reliably and consistently. I'm fed up.
