My printer has all of a sudden stopped working.  The wireless button is blinking, saying it's not connected to my internet.  When I run a diagnostics test, everything comes back PASS until it gets to the NO FILTERING, and that says FAIL.  I haven't changed anything or added anything to my internet (I even called my internet company to check).  There are no similar network names, my computer is connected to the SAME network as my printer.  I even checked the MAC Address setting on my internet, and it's disabled, so that won't block my printer (but I added my printer to the list of allowed MAC Addresses just in case).  Help!!  What can I do to fix it?  I currently have a cable plugged in, but all my drivers are up to date.

Hi,

Try restarting the router by unplugging its power for a moment, allow it several minutes till the internet connection returns and then restart the printer too.

May you see any difference?
