Hp laserjet M110WE, can't print and send me a message to say printer is blocked. I just got this printer through auction it looks new, I couldn't register it as well on my HP account, please if you have a solution let me know. Thanks.

The printer requires HP genuine ink cartridges - not just the chipped refills or re-manufactured chipped -
The real thing.
Considering the printer's pedigree, the wrong ink is enough to block printing.

This is one of a couple of HP printers originally sold with HP+ service mandatory.
What!?
There were two models in this series -
One model, the "M110w" model was more expensive to purchase but came "unlocked", that is, No HP+ service.
2nd model, the "M110we" model was less expensive to purchase but came with the requirement for HP+ service.
Some people looked at the cheaper price, perhaps did not bother to find out why the same printer was less expensive, and Poof! - they - the person who did not read - perhaps bought a printer they did not want. Second Poof! Out goes the printer.

Requirements for HP+ printers
This topic describes the requirements for HP+ printers.
Keep the printer connected to the Internet
HP+ printers are cloud-connected devices that must remain connected to the Internet in order to function. The
Internet connection enables the printer to deliver HP+ specific app features and firmware updates.
During setup, you must connect the printer to the Internet using a supported network connection. After setup,
you can print using a USB cable connection, if desired, but the printer must still be connected to the Internet.
Use Original HP cartridges
Original HP cartridges are cartridges manufactured and sold by HP in official HP packaging. If non-Original HP
supplies or refilled cartridges are installed, HP+ printers will not operate as expected.
Have an HP account
Create or sign into an HP account to manage your printer.

You might first need to establish the HP+ service --
If that is true,
then
Whether you can do that depends on whether the HP+ service is available in your region
AND
Whether the printer can be untied from a previous and unknown owner -
What? One of the aspects of the HP+ service is higher security.
This, in fact, might be the source of the "Block". ?
Breaking that for a new owner might -- or might not-- be something HP is willing to do.
AND
Assuming the first two are possible (and acceptable to you),
Whether you are willing to use the printer under the HP+ requirements.
It is not all doom and gloom.
HP+ does include some requirements and responsibilities of the user -
Assuming they are available in your region (location on the planet),
HP+ unlocks some nice features on the printer.
