Hello @Ajitesh2000 ,
Welcome to the HP Support Community!
Attention: the language may have to be changed!
Here's what you need to do:
- Uninstall HP printer software, and then remove the printer from your Devices list.
- Restart the PC
- Close all programs
- download only this complete package: HP LaserJet Pro MFP M125/126 Series Full Software and Drivers
Version: 15.0.15311.1315
Operating Systems: Windows 8.1 (64-bit)
Release date: Mar 5, 2021 - Close all programs
- Open up the run command with the "Windows Key + R" key combo > in folder Downloads double-click on the File name: LJPro_MFP_M125-126_full_solution_15311.exe (108.8 MB)
- The installation was completed successfully, now you must ...
- Restart the System again
- Now the installation is complete.
Document error messages accurately, even better is to take a screenshot of it and upload here.
After the installation, without any problems, this software must then still be installed: Readiris Pro 16 , and please read the installation instructions.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
