My husband and I have recently have not been able to print from our IPhones. We have had no problems before printing from them. My phone has been a few months my husband has been just recently. We do have a third iPhone that we are able to print from. My phone seemed to not have it downloaded in it so I redownloaded. And still not able to print anything from my phone. 
Has anyone else had this issue and how were you able to resolve it.

If you're experiencing issues printing from your iPhone to the HP Smart Tank 7600 series printer, here are some steps you can follow to resolve the problem:

Check Network Connection:

  • Ensure that your printer and iPhones are connected to the same Wi-Fi network. Sometimes a simple network disruption can prevent devices from communicating with each other.

Update iOS and HP App:

  • Make sure that your iPhone is running the latest version of iOS.
  • Also, check that the HP app is up-to-date. Updating both the OS and app can resolve compatibility issues.

Restart Devices:

  • Turn off the printer, restart your iPhones, and then turn the printer back on. This can often resolve minor connectivity issues.

Reinstall the HP App:

Check Printer's AirPrint Configuration:

  • Verify if AirPrint is enabled on your printer. For HP Smart Tank printers, this shouldn’t usually require additional configuration, but for any glitches, it’s worth confirming.

Reset Network Settings on iPhone:

  • Go to Settings > General > Transfer or Reset iPhone > Reset > Reset Network Settings. Note that this will erase saved Wi-Fi networks and passwords, so you will need to reconnect to your networks.

Check for Printer Firmware Updates:

  • Make sure that the printer has the latest firmware updates. You can do this by accessing the printer settings through the HP app or the printer's control panel.

Test with Another iPhone:

  • Since you mentioned you have a third iPhone, use that as a comparison to determine if the issue is specific to particular iPhones.
