It looks like your phone is sending the print job but not actually starting the print process. Try these steps:
1. Tap to Print
- If your phone shows "Print job created. Tap to print," tap on the notification to manually start printing.
2. Check Printer Status
- Ensure your printer is turned on and connected to the same Wi-Fi network as your phone.
- If using Bluetooth printing, make sure Bluetooth is enabled on both devices.
3. Restart Everything
- Restart your phone and printer to refresh the connection.
- Unplug the printer for 30 seconds, then plug it back in.
4. Clear Print Queue
- Go to Settings > Connected Devices > Printing > Print Services on your phone.
- Tap HP Print Service Plugin or your printer app.
- Cancel or clear pending print jobs and try again.
5. Reinstall the HP Smart App
- If you’re using the HP Smart app, uninstall and reinstall it from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
6. Print from Another Device
- Try printing from a different phone or laptop to see if the issue is with your phone.
