How do I get the password so I can connect wirelessly?   Need ASAP!

Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to assist you.

 

If you have a wireless router and are trying to connect the printer to the router, you will need the password for the router.

Kindly refer to this document for more info.

 

If you do not have a wireless router and are trying to connect the printer to a computer or a mobile device via wifi-direct, the default password is 12345678.

Kindly refer to this document for more info on wifi-direct.

Note: There will be no internet access while using wifi-direct
