Printer screen message: Cannot Print. Visit www.instantink.com for information. So, I have pages available on my plan.  I have changed both ink jets, still get same message on printer.  Am trying to print from my iPhone  and iPad.  Need help now!

@PASCO-4650, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

 

I understand you are not able to print. Your Instant Ink account page will have notifications if there are any issues with the account, it will even provide solutions on how to fix the issue. You may log in to your HP Instant Ink account page from here.

Make sure the printer is connected to the internet and you are using HP Instant Ink cartridges.

 

To assist you better, we would need some information related to your Instant Ink Subscription. This information cannot be shared on a public post.

In order to access your private messages, click the private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Community profile, next to your profile Name or simply click on this link.
