Hi @ddpc955,

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding printer!

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.

If your iPhone 15 is not sending print jobs to your printer, try these steps:

1. Check Printer Status

  • Make sure the printer is powered on and has paper.
  • Check if there are any error messages or a blinking light on the printer.
  • Ensure the printer is connected to the same Wi-Fi network as your iPhone.

2. Restart Devices

  1. Turn off your printer and unplug it for 30 seconds.
  2. Restart your iPhone 15 (press and hold the power button → slide to power off).
  3. Restart your Wi-Fi router (unplug it for 30 seconds, then plug it back in).
  4. Turn the printer back on and try printing again.

3. Remove & Re-add Printer

  1. Open SettingsBluetooth & Wi-Fi → Turn both off and on again.
  2. Go to SettingsPrinters & Scanners (or Print & Scan).
  3. Select the printer → Tap Forget this Printer.
  4. Reconnect the printer from AirPrint (try printing from any app).

4. Test with Another Device

  • Try printing from a different iPhone, iPad, or PC to see if the problem is with your iPhone or the printer.

5. Update iOS & Printer Firmware

  • Go to SettingsGeneralSoftware Update → Install any pending updates.
  • If your printer has a firmware update option (via HP Smart app), update it.

6. Reset Network Settings (Last Resort)

If nothing works, reset iPhone network settings:

  • SettingsGeneralTransfer or Reset iPhoneResetReset Network Settings.
  • Reconnect to Wi-Fi and try again.

Try these steps and let me know if you need further help! 😊
