Hi @Bovtho

Welcome to the HP Support Community! Thanks for posting your query!

We're here to help you get back up and running.

Thanks for flagging this—let’s get everything back in sync. Since you’ve recently changed phones and the printer isn’t connecting to any of your devices, I’d like to understand a few details to pinpoint the cause:

  1. Printer model – Could you confirm the exact model name? (e.g., HP OfficeJet Pro 8035, Smart Tank 580, etc.)
  2. Connection type – Were you previously using Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, or USB to connect your devices to the printer?
  3. New phone details – What’s the make and model of your new phone, and is it running Android or iOS?
  4. HP App setup – Have you already installed the HP App on your new phone and signed in?
  5. Printer display – Is the printer showing any connection status, error, or setup prompt on its screen?
  6. Other devices – Are your other devices (like a PC or tablet) also unable to detect or print to the printer now?

Once I have this, I’ll guide you through the most effective steps to restore the connection smoothly.

Regards,

Hawks_Eye
