Product: Hp deskjet 3630 series
Operating System: Android 5.0 Lollipop
I was in the printer settings on the printers portal Web page. (Where you put in the printers ip address) Anyway I go ahead and try out setting a administrator password. Which pretty much locked all access to my printer settings. Now it will not accept my user ID or password. I'm really not even sure what user ID it wants!

actually stumbled across a n Answer last night & was up late but I got it fixed.
While holding down the power button, press the black copy button twice & then the cancel button three times. It completely reset the whole system. I gat to stumble my way through set up from scratch but I got it. Thanks.
