Hi @Kezser,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.

You can absolutely print from your iPhone to your HP LaserJet M140w printer, and it’s designed to make that experience smooth and wireless. Let’s walk through it like setting up a cozy workspace, simple, intuitive, and ready when you are.

How to Print from iPhone to HP LaserJet M140w

Option 1: Use Apple AirPrint (No App Needed)

AirPrint is built into iOS and works seamlessly with your printer.

  1. Connect your printer to Wi-Fi:
    • Press and hold the Wireless button on the printer until the light starts blinking.
    • Use the HP Smart app on your iPhone to complete the setup.
  2. Print from any app:
    • Open the document, photo, or email.
    • Tap the Share icon (square with arrow) → Print.
    • Select your HP LaserJet M140w from the list.
    • Tap Print.

Option 2: Use HP App (Recommended for More Control)

  1. Download HP App – For HP Printers, Laptops, and Tech Accessories | HP® Official Site.
  2. Open the app and add your printer.
  3. You can:
    • Print documents and photos.
    • Scan using your iPhone camera.
    • Check ink levels and troubleshoot.

If Your Printer Isn’t Showing Up

  • Make sure your iPhone and printer are on the same Wi-Fi network.
  • Restart both devices.
  • Reconnect the printer using the HP app.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have an amazing day!
