Operating System: Android 8.0 Oreo and older

Hi,

I have an Office Jet 3830 and when printing remote via the HP app on my Android phone, im only given the option of printing PDF or JPG files.

 

How can I print DOC files saved to my phone?

Hi,

Printing DOC files from within HP Smart is not supported on Android.

 

Please open your DOC files and the select Print or Share and use the HP Print Service Plugin to print a such, or select Share > HP Smart (if available in the used app) to print the file, please consult below support document:
