Welcome to the HP Community Forum.
The general answer is
The printer is not aware of what it prints.
The printer does not save print jobs for later reprinting.
The printer stores only the most basic print data / history - the information is useless in the context of retrieving a job for reprint.
Windows can be taught to save print history (and print jobs that can be reprinted - it has to be set up ahead of time.
Nice. Caveat: The setup is not "click-click" easy to enable and it is vulnerable to being lost when the software is reloaded.
HP Smart Mobile might retain print job history for a brief time - not always and not for long.
I am not aware that a lost job could be retrieved and reprinted.
